3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in AUD and are inclusive of GST (if applicable), unless stated otherwise.

  • We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

  • Payments are processed securely via trusted third-party providers. We do not store your card or banking details.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently ship within Australia. For international inquiries, please contact us directly.

  • Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by weather, logistics, or other external factors.

  • We are not liable for delays or losses once the product has been handed over to the courier.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 business days with clear photos and order details.

  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original method of payment.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • BioSprout™ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products.

  • We do not provide agricultural guarantees, as effectiveness may vary depending on soil type, environmental conditions, and application method.
